Originally written for a school project - dance class, to be specific. We were required to read out a poem, record it, and dance to it.
Do You Remember?

Do you remember
The way it felt
When one look
Would make you melt?
Do you remember
How it felt to flirt
With mirth and glee
Over shared dessert?
Do you remember
Your racing mind
The moment that
Your hands entwined?
Do you remember
Your beating heart
When your eyes
Would glow like stars?
Do you remember
Ending the lies
And letting out
Your heart to rise?
Do you remember
Dancing the floor
Wanting nothing less
And nothing more?
Do you remember
Breathing fast
As you would
Lay on the grass?
Do you remember
Your soul deep care
With which you'd stroke
That so-fine hair?
Do you remember
Midnight murmurs
On skin so soft
With feline purrs?
Do you remember
Wishing with might
To stay together
All the night?
Do you remember
The love-soaked haze
In which you would
Pass through your days?
Do you remember
Strolling in the rain
And claiming the spot
Where you'd lain?
Do you remember
Wishing that
This feeling would
Forever last?
Do you remember
The feeling of
Your heart entranced
In the depths of love?
